01. Agreement Acceptance

By creating an account, launching the console, or utilizing the CartIntel SaaS engine (including all tools, AI models, and software powered by RedEyes Studio), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are prohibited from using the platform.

02. Generation Tokens & Credit Refills

CartIntel operates on a pay-as-you-go credit token model:

• Starter Access: New accounts receive initial complimentary tokens upon registration to evaluate our core Meta Ads intelligence and copywriting engine.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credit Refills ($10 / 50 Tokens): Additional generation tokens are available for purchase on demand with no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden charges.
• Token Usage Policy: Tokens are permanently consumed when executing AI copy generation matrix requests, competitor ad extractions, or store URL analysis.

03. Global Payment Infrastructure & Gateways

To ensure seamless global access and eliminate checkout friction, CartIntel supports flexible payment gateways:

• Cryptomus API Gateway: Automated crypto payment processing for USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) with direct transaction verification.
• Payoneer Link Checkout: Direct card and transfer payments processed through Payoneer.
• Order Verification: All transaction hashes (TXIDs) or Payoneer references are recorded to instantly authorize token refills.

04. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate compute costs incurred when running our AI inference models:

• Consumed generation credits cannot be refunded once an AI query or analysis operation is fulfilled.
• Unused credit refill purchases may be eligible for refund review within 7 days of purchase by submitting a valid transaction ID to our support team.

05. Permitted Use & Security

You agree to use CartIntel strictly for lawful e-commerce copywriting, competitor research, and ad creation. Any attempt to exploit system endpoints, execute prompt injection attacks, or perform unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

06. Limitation of Liability

CartIntel, RedEyes Studio, and its developers do not guarantee specific sales conversions, ad performance metrics, or revenue outcomes resulting from generated marketing materials. AI outputs serve as strategic recommendations and should be reviewed prior to campaign execution.
