01. Overview & Pay-As-You-Go Architecture
CartIntel (powered by RedEyes Studio) operates on an on-demand token refill system ($10 per 50 Master Tokens). Because our platform executes high-speed neural models and URL intelligence scraping in real time, significant infrastructure server costs are incurred immediately upon query submission.
02. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY UPON TOKEN CONSUMPTION
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once a user consumes or spends ANY portion of their purchased generation tokens to run AI copywriting prompts, analyze store URLs, or scrape Meta ad angles, the refill transaction becomes 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
Executing AI queries consumes paid compute hardware instantaneously. Therefore, token usage constitutes full delivery and fulfillment of digital service, rendering the purchase final and exempt from chargebacks or refund eligibility.
03. Conditions for Refund Eligibility (100% Unused Packs Only)
A refund request will ONLY be considered if all of the following conditions are strictly met:
- Zero Usage Balance: Exactly 0 tokens have been spent from the purchased refill pack. If even 1 token is consumed, refund rights are forfeited.
- Request Period: The refund inquiry is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
- System Billing Errors: A documented payment gateway glitch resulted in duplicate billing or unallocated tokens.
04. Payment Gateway Refund Processing (Cryptomus & Payoneer)
If an unused token pack refund is approved by administration:
- Cryptomus (USDT TRC20/BEP20): Refund will be issued in USDT to the original crypto wallet minus network gas fees incurred during processing.
- Payoneer: Refund will be reversed through Payoneer direct transfer or card processing channels.
